Waterproof Capabilities
Rain Shower? No Problem. the Zephyr is completely waterproof.
The Zephyr™ features state-of-the-art waterproof fabric tech. We use a specialized 3-ply softshell fabric with a porous thermoplastic polyurethane membrane. During the fabric production, this membrane gets sandwiched between a durable water-repellent face and a mesh back, allowing for optimal airflow and breathability, while also creating an impenetrable layer to prevent water and rain from coming in. This means the Zephyr™ will keep you dry and comfortable in all weather conditions.
Featuring A Durable Water-Repellent Face
While the PU-Membrane does most of the heavy lifting, the face of the fabric is also treated with a DWR application. This application encourages water droplets to "bead" off of the surface of the fabric, meaning the outer layer stays drier as well.

The Zephyr™ features environmentally-friendly antimicrobial properties around the armpits, with the use of a naturally-occurring biomass called Chitosan.
Chitosan is made from crab and shrimp shells. When combined with textile fibers, the Chitosan binds easily to the fibers, creating fabrics that are absorbent, breathable, durable, fast-drying, soft, and static-free.
In addition to these benefits, the Chitosan also strongly inhibits the growth of bacteria, meaning the fabric stays fresher and more hygienic between wash cycles.
Chitosan is the only durable and natural anti-bacterial bio-agent certified by the EPA.
Unseen bacteria can spread quickly without the use of an anti-microbial bio-agent like Chitosan.

Heavy wind can be enough a challenge to deal with on the golf course.
With The Zephyr™ you get added windbreaker protection with the 3-ply fabric we use. This means you can focus more on the golf at hand, and less on trying to stay warm and comfortable. You can still layer underneath the Zephyr for extreme weather conditions, but know that you've got a great layer of wind protection with The Zephyr™.

Enhanced Sun Protection: UPF 50+
The Zephyr™ uses fabric with high protection from harmful UV rays. Our fabrics are rated at UPF 50+, meaning they block 97.5% or more of UV Radiation Exposure.
We still recommend you use sunscreen on exposed areas, but you'll know you're neck, chest and torso are protected from prolonged sun exposure.
Ultraviolet Protection Factor is a rating system used to indicate how effectively fabrics protect your skin from UV rays. A UPF 50+ rating is the highest possible rating for UV protection.
Sweat-Wicking & Breathable

We know caddying can be a sweaty job sometimes. The Zephyr™ strategically uses moisture-wicking fabric to pull sweat and water to the surface for rapid evaporation.
This continuous moisture evaporation keeps you cooler and drier for longer. This advanced moisture-management works in tandem with the Chitosan, reducing the spread of bacteria and keeping you looking and smelling fresh.
Advanced Breathability
We know how important it is to stay dry and comfortable on the course. The fabrics we use on the Zephyr™ provide enhanced breathability by allowing large quantities of water vapor to pass through the fabric undetected. We use the same tech used in ski, mountaineering and tactical gear, ensuring you stay dry and sweat evaporates, no matter the weather.
