1. General Policy

Welcome to InfinityLoop Golf, LLC. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users, including but not limited to golf clubs, caddie companies, and tournament directors purchasing our products.

2. Product Information

Our caddie bibs are designed with unique features and functionality, crafted specifically to meet the needs of golf clubs and caddie-related services. We reserve the right to update product details, including specifications and availability, without prior notice. While we strive to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate, slight variations may occur.

3. Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you place an order, we will send an order confirmation via email. Payments may either be made in full at the time of purchase, or a deposit of 50% must be made at the time of purchase, with the remaining 50% due upon receipt. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship orders within 2 weeks after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines vary based on location, and we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates. Any shipping and handling fees will be included at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required in their region.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a return policy for retail purchases under certain conditions:

• Eligibility: Items must be unused (trying on for size is not considered "use"), in the original packaging, and returned within 90 days from the date of delivery.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at brendan@infinityloopgolf.com
• Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.

Bulk orders are ineligible for return, unless due to an issue with product quality resulting from improper production and/or shipping and handling.

6. Sample Requests

While InfinityLoop Golf, LLC does not accept returns for bulk orders, we do offer a free custom sample of an InfinityLoop Zephyr™ for orders over 50 units at zero cost. InfinityLoop will also incur any and all sample shipping and return costs. For orders under 50 units, we offer a free sample of a previously ordered InfinityLoop Zephyr™.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and intellectual property associated with infinityloopgolf.com and our products, including but not limited to trademarks, graphics, and product design, are owned by InfinityLoop Golf, LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfinityLoop Golf, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or website.
